All payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
Free Trial: If we offer a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Monthly Subscriptions: Charges are non-refundable once the billing period begins. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of the current cycle, but no partial refunds will be given.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial annual payment, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not provided, but you will keep access until the end of the paid term.
Exceptional Circumstances: We may, at our discretion, consider refunds for technical issues where the Services were unusable and our support team could not resolve the issue.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software provided by Socials Zero’s Lab are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or post using the Services.
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful activities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
